Cowan, Russell Clifford Dec 18, 1898 - Oct 4, 2005 passed away peacefully in Fairview Manor, Almonte Ontario on Tuesday morning, Russell Cowan of Arnprior in his 107th year, son of the late Andrew Clements Cowan and his wife, Catherine Jane Baird, predeceased by a sister Rubena Pearl (2 years old), predeceased by his first wife Edith Annie Carss Wallace and by his second wife, Verda Clarissa Grant, dearly loved father of Murray (Frances) of Ottawa, Eldon (Lina) of Timmins and Shirley (late Ensley) Duhn of Arnprior, he will be sadly missed by his 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Chapel and Visitation Centre 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Thursday 2-4 pm, 7-9 pm and after 12 noon Friday October 7, 2005 thence to St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Arnprior for funeral service at 1: 30 pm , Rev Milton Fraser officiating, interment Pakenham Union Cemetery at 4: p.m., in memoriams to St Andrew's Church Accessibility Fund or Fairview Manor, Almonte appreciated by his family
