Clark, Mima Jane R.N nee Taylor March 9, 1910 - June 1, 2005 Retired Head Nurse, Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital passed away peacefully on June 1, 2005 at the Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior Ontario at the age of 95, with her two sons at her side, daughter of the late Jane Cameron and Thomas Taylor of Clay Bank Ontario, beloved wife of the late Earl Clark (1970), loving mother of James of Arnprior and Archie (Sharon) of Ottawa, predeceased by a brother James (Audrey) Taylor and sisters Elizabeth (Tom) Guihan, Isobel (late Mac) McAteer and Ethel (late Charles) Nieman, Mima was born at Clay Bank Ontario, after receiving her nursing degree and training, she initially pursued her nursing career in the United States, she then returned to Arnprior where she became one of the pioneer nursing staff members of the newly formed Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital, she retired in 1976 after completing 42 years of dedicated nursing service, the family wish to thank the staff of The Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility, Almonte Country Haven Nursing Home and The Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior for their kind, professional and respectful services, At Mima's request, a private funeral service will be conducted at The Boyce Funeral Home, 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior on Friday June 3 at 11: a.m., the service will be conducted by Rev Ralph Simmons with interment in Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery, if desired, the family would appreciate in memoriam donations be made to The Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior
