Our hearts are heavy as we announce that our beloved Shelley passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, at the young age of 44.

Shelley was the soulmate and loving wife of Daniel Moore. She was an incredible mother to her pride and joy, Cooper. She was the devoted daughter of Harry MacQuatt (late Anne) and the loving sister of Ray MacQuatt. She will be missed by her nieces Brook and Meagan and her mother-in-law Judy Moore. She was predeceased by her brother Mark, who she always remembered with a smile.

Shelley's heart was as big as her job as a Personal Support Worker (P.S.W.), where she made a profound difference in the lives she touched with her compassion and cheer. Her friendships were her treasure; she thrived in the company of those she loved, sharing moments that ranged from the mundane to the magical.

Shelley's arrangments have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
