Obituary of Paula Squires

With sadness we announce that Paula passed away peacefully at the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice on Tuesday August 13, 2024 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Martin Squires (1992). Dear companion of Willie Wohlfahrt. Proud mother of Diane Heis (Martin), Martina Roy (Al Sexsmith), and Toni Squires. Cherished grandmother of Mark, Josh, Amanda and Kaleb and great-grandmother of Zach, Harmony, Dominik and Damian. Dear sister of Heinz Kleine. Born in Germany to her late parents, Heinrich and Antonia Kleine, Paula carried her heritage with pride throughout her life. Paula was a hardworking woman who dedicated her time to various roles at Noranda, BASF, and Berry’s Pet Food. She touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and generosity. Her family and friends will remember Paula for her unwavering love and dedication, especially to her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Paula’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Arnprior Malloch Road Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to gather at Boyce Funeral Home after 10:00 a.m., followed by a formal procession to the cemetery. In memory of Paula, a donation may be made to the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice.
