Obituary of Delta Virgin

August 8, 1928 – August 3, 2024

Peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Saturday evening, August 3, 2024 in her 96^th year, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour. Daughter of the late Leslie Hanson (Nov. 1988) and the late Orpha (Cox) Hanson. (May 2005). Wife of the late Leslie Virgin. (July 2002). Loving and cherished mother of Leona (Bob) Halpenny, Sharon (late Raymond) Mondor, Jerry (Nancy), David (Debbie), Beverly (Ed) Ludgate, Mary Ellen (Elmer) Evans, Doneta (late Lynus) Levesque, Paul (Kerry), Mark (Michelle) and Lisa (Doug) Sparling. Predeceased by an infant son Thomas and sister Bessie. Survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Resting at the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, August 7, 2024 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Thursday morning from 10:00-11:00 a.m.  The funeral service will take place Thursday August 8, 2024 in the Boyce Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment White Lake Community Cemetery.
