Sorry to hear about the passing of Mike.
I had the chance to meet Mike while he was flying a Hu 500D in Northern Quebec 1980 + (Chibougamau) working for Heli Voyageur Ltd.
I rejoined Mike when he was at American Aeroespacial before it became American Eurocopter and later on, Eurocopter Canada. Mike was a very talented sales person and an excellent marketing exec. He substantially increased Eurocopter products throughout Canada (East and West).
To Anne, Heather and Sean, Nicole and I send our sincere condoleance.
Note: If possible, let us know when the Celebration of Michael’s life will occur.

I wish you could have made it back to our new house in fonthill. Pat and I were trying to get a hold of you when we moved but did not here from you and now we know why. Mike you were a great friend and leader whien you lived in St Catharines and keeping in touch while you were in the States and then in Armprior. We started off on a rocky road when we met in Quebec City and you pulled the Overhaul certificate from a company I worked for but gave me a start in Fort Erie where I had a great carear and freedom to do what I thought was best for everyone. We will miss you , thanks for everything you did to help me and my family.
Rest in peace my friend. Gordon

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mike when I entered the helicopter industry here in Canada, we shared an office for a couple years prior to his retirement. We became close friends and he nurtured and trained me through my career helping me develop my skills (he never held back any criticism and was stuck in his ways). I will always be grateful for the opportunities and assistance he provided and took pride in my success at work and at home he always had my back. Mike introduced me to pho and Vietnamese cuisine and our frequent lunches at the Kanata noodle house were always my highlight of our week. He loved seeing my family and watching our my not so little family grow, our little ones loved the xmass and Easter spoils Mike and Anne brought by.
Mike will always be missed and will always remain a great friend, rest easy Mike.
Thank you Anne for sharing him with us and the many hours on the phone over the past years.
Our sincerest condolences to Anne, Heather, Sean and Barbara and all the grandchildren
Love Qaadir, Kristy, Kaleb, Kai, Olivia and Logan.

Mike and Anne are dear friends of my parents, and I remember well the fiery discussions they had, and soo many laughs!
He also gave me a summer job at Eurocopter when I was in University, and that was one of the best student jobs I have aver had! He was kind, loud and loved to laugh!
You will be missed ! My most sincere condolences to Mike's family! ❤️

I can never forget the day in the fall of 2000 when Mike, who was my neighbor across the street when I lived in Florida, joined me in having our left ears pierced as a kind of symbol of our retired status. If I recall we had it done in the driveway in front of Mike and Anne’s house by a friend of my wife’s. Those were fun days. You are missed Mike.
