Dear Cheryl, Carolyn, Phillip and Family Our deepest condolence on the passing of your Mom. I remember our Sunday trips to Smith’s Falls to have dinner at your home. I loved the delicious meals that your mom would prepare especially the roast beef with gravy. It was wonderful family time and will always be a cherished memory. With love Cousin Sue

I remember Christmas dinners hosted by Aunt Gladys when the family lived in Smith Falls. She made a loving and welcoming home. In later years we shared a love of books, exchanging titles. Aunt Gladys was a great support to me and I shall always remember her for that.

I was the best dressed student in high school in the sixties My admiring girl friends would come up to me and gasp « did your mother make that? » « that « was always a designer dress from the sewing pattern book & house of Vogue made with wonderful fabric from Ogilviés department store and genuine Vogue labels. I think every girl wished to be her daughter ❤️
