Obituary of Daniel "Dan" Whyte

December 12, 1951 – December 11, 2020 Suddenly at home, Dan passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 in his 69th year. Dan was predeceased by his father Merril Whyte and his mother Ilene Whyte (nee Rintoul). Dan will be remembered by his siblings Gert Baron (Winston) of Pembroke, Elsie Clouthier (Michael) of Thessalon, Jim Whyte (Margaret) of Castleford, David Whyte (Ella) of Arnprior and Steven Whyte (Debbie) of Nova Scotia. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Dan will also be missed by his life-long neighbours and friends of Sandy Hook, the community of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, and his employers and co-workers at Mark’s No Frills, Arnprior. Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. Family interment will take place at later date due to the restrictions regarding COVID-19. As expressions of sympathy, donations are kindly accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation.
