Dear Bev and Family: I am so saddened to hear of Jack's passing, but also grateful that we kept in touch since my retirement. I fondly remember the many great conversations we had out in the truck bay at Station 4/Training Centre when I was working. He taught me a lot of things about firefighting and it was evident to see that this was truly his passion. Danny and I ran into him a couple of times at the hospital in Kingston when we were there for medical appointments and Jack never complained about anything, but was always more interested in how we were progressing through Danny's treatments. He was truly a GENTLEMAN !! May all your positive memories comfort you through this difficult time.
Sincerely - Arlene and Danny Baxter
