With sadness, we announce the passing of James Delmer Wilson of Woodlawn, Ontario at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital, Saturday August 11, 2018 at the age of 90 years.  Lost is a wealth of knowledge of family and West Carleton History.  Beloved husband of the late Shirley Wilson (nee Poole).  Dear father of Dale (Jody) and Kathy Trotman (Bruce).  Much loved grandfather of Graham (Brandi), Ben, Lorie, Ryan (Katrina) and Sarah (Gavan) and cherished great-grandfather of Raegan, Landon and Isabelle.  Predeceased by brother Lorne (Jackie) and sister Joy Dolan (Clifford). Son of the late Thomas and Muriel (Milford) Wilson.  Delmer will be missed by his nieces and nephews, friends, neighbours and special friends Harry and Frank.  Arrangements by the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior.  Visitations Tuesday August 14, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday August 15, 2018 at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Woodlawn at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Arthritis Society.
