Obituary of Ruth Elizabeth Chenier

Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital Thursday May 31, 2018.  Ruth Chenier of Arnprior, Ontario at the age of 85.  Predeceased by Raymond Chenier (2005).  Beloved mother of Bruce (Cindy) and Brian (Lori).  Cherished grandmother of Zachary, Avery, Evan, Grant and Griffin.  Predeceased by brother Hugh.  Will be fondly remembered by both the Chenier and extended families.  She was a member of the Eastern Star and was a long-time member of Emmanuel Anglican Church in Arnprior.  Bruce and Brian are eternally grateful for the love and support Ruth received from her local community, caregivers, service clubs and friends who supported her independent living.  Thanks to those who cared for Ruth at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital and Extendicare Kingston.  She will be dearly missed by her family and countless friends.  Arrangements by the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior.  Visitations will be held Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday June 6, 2018 at the Emmanuel Anglican Church, Arnprior at 10:00 a.m.  Interment Arnprior Malloch Road Cemetery.  The Eastern Star will gather for a service at the funeral home Tuesday evening at 6:45 p.m.  In memory of Ruth, a donation may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada and would be appreciated.
