Remembering Lillian E. Jackson
I was saddened to learn of the news of the passing of a very dear friend and mentor...Lillian E. Jackson, Saturday April 1/17.
Lillian was a wonderful Christian women with a huge heart, a wonderful sense of humour, great wisdom, insights and determination.
We first met in 1996 after moving to London to work for Teen Challenge Farm. Lillian was a faithful volunteer who gave so graciously of her time and talents to assist with sewing, errands, sorting of donations and as a travel companion when I was sent out on the road on behalf of Teen Challenge to promote the work of the Teen Challenge Farm here in London Ontario.
Lillian became a great friend, like another Mom to me and Grandma to all our family. She shared so many special times and adventures with us over the years. Always very caring and supportive to each one of us and sincerely interested in how our family was doing.
Lillian, you have touched and changed many lives through yours in such a positive way, You have earned your Heavenly reward and a golden crown. We are so blessed to have known you and have you in our lives.
Our thoughts are with all of Lillian's family at this time. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
The Steele Family (Susan, Norm, Lisa, Kenn, Michael, Natalie and Noel
Christine: We are sorry that we can not attend the Funeral Service in Arnprior tomorrow.
Please let me know when the Internment will be in London as we would like to attend.
God Bless you and the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
