Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side in the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital Friday afternoon, August 7, 2015. Bill Baker of White Lake at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Leah Baker (Moreland). Much loved father of Stephen Baker (Nancy) and Susan Irwin. Cherished grandfather of Shannon, Brittany, Tayler, Albert and David. Predeceased by an infant daughter and his sisters Laura Albright (late Dean), Sybil Quigg (late Russ) and his brother Albert (late Terry). He was the youngest son of the late Albert and Margaret (Evans) Baker. A great outdoorsman, Bill could be found on his beloved White Lake fishing, and enjoying the water and wildlife. He had a great love of music and loved to listen and sing to old and new hymns alike. Visitations at the Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre Tuesday August 11, 2015 from 6-9 p.m. and again Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday August 12, 2015 in the Boyce Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Rev.Peggy Kusmicz officiating. Interment White Lake Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to the White Lake United Church Hall following the interment for a Luncheon.
