Lucille was a dear friend to me & Bob. We volunteered at Grand Ville together, curled & golfed together. We were neighbors in Edmonton & were like sisters. We phoned each other every 2-3 months & I will miss her cheerful voice. Thanks David for notifying us. Lucille you will be greatly missed.
Love
Natalie & Bob

It is with sad regret that I heard of Aunt Lucy's passing. Our condolences go out to David, Bruce and the rest of the Cooksley family. Aunt Lucy was an important and beloved member of our "extended" Handford family. We spent many good times with both her and Uncle Ron in the many years they lived in Edmonton. I was fortunate to have been able to have her as my "Auntie" and will miss her deeply.

As a server at the Arnprior Villa, it was my pleasure and my honor to wait on Lucy.
From day one we hit it off. What struck me about Lucy was how elegant she was. Not just on the outside - as in how she dressed - but also how she spoke and carried herself.
She always greeted me with a warm smile and a hug that would always make me feel better.
Our loss is truly heaven's gain.
I will miss you Lucy.
