At the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Friday August 29, 2014, Beverly Bourne of Arnprior passed away peacefully. Loving mother of William Knappers (Susan), Lauralee Comeau (John) and Beverly McMullan (Johnny) all of Ottawa. Loving Grandmother to Joseph and Sarah Knappers and Kevin Comeau. Sister of Arnold Birch (Joan) of Regina, Saskatchewan. Predeceased by husband James Bourne (2006), parents William Amos Birch (1986) and Laura Mae Birch (2008) as well as a brother, William George Birch. Best friend of Maureen Smith and special friends Liz, Bill, Pam, Shirley Jean and Linda. Very appreciative of the Assisted Living program ladies and staff of the Arnprior Hospital. Special thank you to Dr. Cathy Greenough and Dr. McCarthy for their care.

As per her wishes, there will be no private visitation or formal funeral service.
A small informal service will be held at a future date.
Inurnment Highland Park Cemetery, Carp, Ontario.
