Veitch, Edna Margaret (nee Bautz) WW II Veteran June 10, 1918—July 28, 2013 Edna Veitch, age 95 years, passed away peacefully at the Grove Nursing Home, Arnprior. Daughter of the late Paul and Bertha Bautz. Sister of the late Amanda, Hannah, Hilda, Herbert, Reinhart, Clara and Gordon. Wife of the late Curtis Veitch. Step-mother of the late Lloyd Veitch (Barbara of Arnprior) and the late Robert Veitch (Barbara of New Brunswick .) “Nana” to Carrie Sparling (Todd) of McNab Braeside, Shawn Veitch (Katrina) of Kanata, James Veitch (Candice) of Lacombe, Alberta (children of Barbara Veitch of Arnprior) the late Kristina Leblanc (Paul) and Stefany Galati (Benny) of Thunder Bay (children of Carol Wistuba of Arnprior, Robert’s first wife.) Great grandmother to Amanda, Curtis, Katrina, Devon, Dylan, Austin, Tanner, Madalaina, Evan, Abigail, Colby and Mary. Great - great grandmother to Madden, Meadow and Dalen. Visitations at The Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel St. N., Arnprior on Wednesday July 31, 2013 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. Thursday. Funeral service will be held in The Boyce Chapel Thursday August 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery. Reception to follow at St John’s Lutheran Church, Arnprior. In memoriams to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 174 to hold service at funeral home Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m. Condolences / Donations at www.boycefuneralhome.ca
