It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Dowd at home Sunday morning with his family beside him. Robert Bobby Dowd of Kinburn in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Betty Bidgood Dowd. Dear father of Robert (Aline), Arthur (Cindy), Ritchie (Patsy) and Jayne Coady (Gary). Dear grandfather of Robert, Jeffrey (Becky), Danielle, Dominique, Casey, Erin and Lindsay Lascelle-Dowd. Great grandfather of Liam and Rian Dowd, Owen and Autumn Craig-Dowd. Dear brother of Clinton Hugh Dowd (Sharon). Predeceased by a brother, Ritchie Dowd.
Resting at The Boyce Chapel, Visitation, and Reception Centre

There will be no public visitations prior to a private family service which will be held in The Boyce Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday November 24, 2010 at 9: 30 a.m. with interment to follow at Pakenham Union Cemetery.
