Went to be with her precious Lord and Saviour on Friday October 15, 2010 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital. Born on July 28, 1919 in Elgin Manitoba, Mary Ellen was the daughter of John MacDonald and Mary Ann Stokes. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Stevenson (1985). Loving mother of Mary (Allen Murdoch) of Hanmer Ontario, Jill (Otto Duczak) of Kamloops B.C. and Cindy (William DeRoos) of Odessa Ontario. Loving grandmother of Robert (Autumn) Murdoch, the late Jeffrey Murdoch, Aaron Duczak, Juliana Duczak, Rebekah DeRoos, Josiah DeRoos and Miriam DeRoos. Loving great grandmother of Skyler Murdoch and Macy Murdoch. Survived by her sister Audrey Bowes and predeceased by sisters and brother Carrie Young, Lillian Harris and James MacDonald.
Visitations at The Boyce Chapel, Visitation, and Reception Centre

Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
Funeral service will be held in Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, Arnprior on Wednesday October 20, 2010 at 11: a.m.
Interment Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery.
