Laverne passed away peacefully in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning, October 10, 2010. Laverne Cavanagh of Arnprior and formerly of Kinburn in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Ernie Cavanagh (2009). Dear mother of Marylyn (Art) Riley of Kinburn and Donald (Betty Ann) of Parry Sound. Predeceased by a son Douglas. Survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers Cameron, Kenneth (late Viola), Eric (Frances) and Irma. Dear sister in law of John (late Marion), Frances Greene (late Neville), Sheila Cavanagh (late Leonard), Mervyn (Hilda) Cavanagh, Stanley (Lorna) Cavanagh, Laura Barr (late Everton) and Eleanor Buck. Predeceased by Norman Cavanagh and Stuart (late Vivian) Cavanagh.
Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre
138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior
where friends may pay their respects on Thursday 2-4 p.m. only and after 1: 30 p.m. Friday October 15, 2010 until 2: 30 p.m. service time in The Boyce Chapel.
Interment of cremated remains in St Pauls Cemetery, 9th Line Fitzroy at a later date.
