Passed away in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning, September 19, 2010. Wes Swant of Arnprior in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Isabel (Fiss) Swant. Dear father of Ronald Swant, Larry (Joyce) Swant and Hal (Debbie) Swant. Dear grandfather of Lisa (Michael), Kaylie (Ivan), Jody Campbell (Beatty), Lacey Barr (Greg), Lindsay Felhaver (Joshua) and Curtis. Great grandfather of Hailey, Kaitlin and Jack Barr and Olivia and Nigel Felhaver. Dear brother of Eileen (late Ed) Warr. Predeceased by Helen (late Eddie) Douglass, Marion (late Donald) Dodd and Ken (late Mary) Swant.
Visitations at The Boyce Chapel, Visitation, and Reception Centre
138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior
Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
Funeral service will be held in The First Baptist Church, 279 Alicia Street Arnprior on Thursday September 23, 2010 at 1: pm.
Following a luncheon in the church hall, a family graveside service will take place in Flat Rapids Cemetery.
In memoriams to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Arnprior Hospital Partners in Caring would be appreciated by his family.
Royal Canadian Legion Arnprior Branch # 174 to gather for a service Wednesday evening at 6: 30 pm at Boyce Funeral Home.
