Obituary of Winifred Eleanor Owens McBride

Owens McBride, Winifred Eleanor 1919—2010 nee Marston Peacefully in hospital Saturday August 28, 2010 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John Robert Owens (1960) and Theodore McBride (2002). Loving mother to Kathleen Lesway (John), Joan Linsenmeier, Margaret Loughead (Wallace) and late Robert John (1973). Survived by two sisters, Hilda Ogden (Jim) and Beatrice Burman (late Richard). Proud grandmother to Michel Lesway (Leanne), Kristen Cowan (Ben), Rob Owens, Tania Turpin (Jim), Jennika Maheral (Derek) and Joshua Loughead (Terri Ann Phillips) and to her great grandchildren Jacob Lesway, Max and Katie Cowan and Ivy Turpin. Fondly remembered and will be missed by many friends. Many thanks to the caring staff at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital and Dr. M.C. Greenough and her kind and compassionate minister Milton Fraser.
