Don passed away in the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday afternoon, May 16, 2010 . Don Ransom of Ottawa Ontario in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Ella (McCauley) Ransom. Dear father of Bryan (Roberta), Stephen (Thérèse), Donald(Susan), Shirley (Doug), Lynn (Wayne) and Fran (Donald). Dear grandfather of Issac, Natasha, Lael, Cole, Cassandra, Kaitlin, Patrick, Dana, Leighann, Frank, Hannah, Seth and Onneka. Step grandfather of Matthew, Deleta, Matthew and Samantha. Great grandfather of Savannah-Rose and Mercadeeze. Dear brother of Robert (Janet) Ransom and Garland (late Elizabeth) Ransom all of Ottawa. Predeceased by his sister Muriel (late Wilfred) Larose.
