Cavanagh, Donald Ernest January 25, 1916- May 12, 2009 Ernie passed away in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday afternoon, May 12, 2009. Ernie Cavanagh of Arnprior and formerly of Kinburn in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Edith Laverne Laughlin. Dear father of Marylyn (Art) Riley of Kinburn and Donald (Betty Ann) of Parry Sound. Predeceased by a son Douglas. Survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Dear brother of John (Marion), Frances Greene (late Neville), Leonard (Sheila), Mervyn (Hilda), Stanley (Lorna) and Laura Barr (late Everton). Predeceased by brothers Norman and Stuart (late Vivian). Dear brother in law of Eleanor Buck and Frances Laughlin. Predeceased by Kenneth (late Viola), Irma Laughlin and Eric Laughlin Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Friday 2-4 p.m. only and after 1: 30 p.m. Saturday May 16, 2009 until 2: 30 p.m. service time in The Boyce Chapel. Rev Roger Young officiating. Interment of cremated remains in St Paul’s Cemetery, 9th Line Fitzroy at a later date.
