Jean Coburn passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital Wednesday morning, December 30, 2015 in her 88th year. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Blair Coburn (2004). Survived by her children Douglas (Donna), Janet Coburn (Roy LeBreton), Mary Trollope (Scott) and John (Sandra). Grandmother of Leigh, Laurie, Stacey, Bryna, Brody, Blair and Evan; and a great-grandmother of four. Jean’s life centered around her numerous friends and a lifetime of curling, golf, and bridge. (Her accomplishments and talent are showcased by her many awards). Arrangements entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home in Arnprior.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday January 8, 2016 at the Arnprior Curling Club, 15 Galvin Street., where friends and family may gather and share memories of Jean from 1-5 p.m. Final interment Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa at a later date. In memoriams to the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital or the Arnprior Curling Club would be appreciated by her family.
