It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Sandra Mary “Sandy” Ross passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital with her family by her side Tuesday September 19, 2023 at the age of 59 years. Beloved wife of Keith Ross for 34 years, and loving mother of Mary (Kyle Ellens), Samantha (Andrew Legree) and Sydney (Andrew Hook). She held a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren, Danten, Reese, and Dean, who was not only her grandson but also her best friend. Dear sister of Christopher (Cindy), Mark (Laurene), Vicky (Mike), and Matthew (Jennifer) and loving sister-in-law to Stephen (Gwenn). Sandy will be missed by her nieces and nephews Kyle, Kristy, Sarah, Andrea, Joe, Matt and Lori. Daughter of the late George and Cherry (Ware) Kellett of Arnprior. Sandy's charismatic spirit shone through her magnetic presence. She cherished the moments spent alongside Keith on the family farm in Pakenham and took delight in the intellectual humor of the television show, The Big Bang Theory. Her professional trajectory, spanning from her service at the Department of National Defence to her dynamic role in the food service industry, stands as a testament to her unwavering determination and vitality for life. Her professional journey culminated at the heart of White Lake, where Sandy became an integral part of the White Lake General Store team. Here, her genuine affinity for people found its ideal platform. The store was not merely her workplace; it served as a conduit for Sandy's exceptional ability to forge meaningful connections. Sandy's appetite for knowledge extended to a diverse range of literary and televised pursuits, she loved a good book and a captivating television show. Her laughter was a source of radiant warmth for all who knew her. Sandy was a true people person, finding genuine connection in every interaction. The Celebration of Sandy’s Life will begin with visitation at the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior Saturday September 23, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the Boyce Chapel.
