Mary Adonna Robinson

September 30, 1932 – August 8, 2026

It is with deep sadness that the family of Mary Robinson, of Arnprior, announces her peaceful passing on Saturday morning, August 8, 2026, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, at the age of 93.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Gordon “Gordie” Robinson. She was a loving and devoted mother to Tony Robinson of Arnprior and Angela Bainbridge (Dan) of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of Hillary, Maddison and Joshua and great -grandmother of Nixon, Levi, Wyatt and Harper. She is survived by her dear sister, Anita Murray of Ottawa.

Mary was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Annie (Wark) Murray, and by her siblings Everett Murray (late Doris), Stella Blakeley (late Keith), Madeline Stanley (late Keith), and Alice Bruce (late Fred). Predeceased by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Joan Willis, Vera Desjardins, Marcel, Barbara Robinson, Jack, and John.

A cherished aunt, Mary will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Mary was a longtime member of the Arnprior Lionettes and was known for her warm smile, caring heart, and kindness toward everyone she met. She touched the lives of many and brought light wherever she went. Her generosity, compassion, and friendship will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

We would like to thank the amazing staff at Groves Park Lodge (Renfrew) for their amazing love, kindness and the care they always gave to Mom over the years, their compassion will never be forgotten.

Mary’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. Visitation will be held Saturday August 22, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the Boyce Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the Boyce Reception Centre. Interment at Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery at a later date.
