Theresa Howard

January 8, 1926 – April 15, 2026

It is with sadness yet gratitude for a life well lived that we announce the passing of our Mother, Theresa Frances Howard on April 15, 2026.

Theresa was the beloved wife of the late Alan Howard Jr (2006) and the dearly loved mother of Susan (Drew Carmichael), Marnie (Craig Martin), Terry (Kevin Hartwick), Janet (James Rouse).

She was the proud and loving Nan to Holly (Greg), Dave (Lilly), Tessa, Ella, Dylan, Ty and Great Gran to Colton, Myla, Daisy, Jack.

Theresa was predeceased by her parents Alphonse and Eva Dupuis, and siblings Genevieve, Leo, Catherine, Maurice, Ernie, Bernard. She is survived by her dear sister, Carmel Scrim, and many nieces and nephews.

Theresa loved to swim, knit, quilt, read and bake.  She was an avid walker, bird watcher, and puzzler.  Family visits and reminiscing about her childhood in Arnprior and Sandy Beach brought her much joy. Theresa spent many hours puttering in her beautiful flower garden and her flowers live on in the gardens of her daughters.

The family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the caring staff of The Grove Home who truly made a difference.

Theresa's arrangments have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior. Private family interment will be held.
