Eileen Marjorie Andrews (née Munro)

(of Almonte, Ontario)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eileen Andrews on Sunday February 22, 2026, at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital, at the age of 79.

Beloved wife of Don Andrews, with whom she shared 48 cherished years of marriage. Devoted mother to Kirk Redden (Diane) of Nova Scotia and predeceased by her dear son Robbie in 2019. Loving sister to Leonard Munro (June), and Mildred Handy (late Tom). Predeceased by her brothers Clarence (Sherry), Stewart (Marjorie), Merril (Betty), Melvin (Susan) and Merton all from the Medicine Hat area. As the daughter of the late Johnny and Jessie (Forster) Munro, Eileen held her family close and will be deeply missed by her many cousins, nieces, and nephews—too numerous to name individually. Eileen will also be fondly remembered by her dear brother-in-law Raymond Andrews (Shirley) and their children Stan, Patty, and Cindy and the late Robert "Bob" Andrews (Anneth). Special auntie to Angela and Jordan and great-aunt to Abbie. Special thank you to Lisa. Missed by her good friend Norma. We hope we have remembered everyone, but if anyone has been overlooked, please accept our sincere apologies.

Eileen's arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior, where visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. In memory of Eileen, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
