Very sad day for your family today. I’ve known Carol and Jim most of my life, I used to babysit for them

I spent two weeks in the Arnprior Hospital July 1 to 15,2025 and shared a room with Jim and Gary. Jim was really sharp and we had many a late night conversation. He enjoyed his family and friends a great deal. Our room mate Gary had a hip replacement that became infected. Jim and I took turns calling the (excellent) nurses when Gary would moan in his sleep. I see that Gary is back at his senior home and up and dancing. Gary is 10 years younger than Jim and 10 years older than me.
RIP Jim. You seemed a very decent, moral, hard working man who loved his family.
