She lived a vibrant life to the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Smith (2003). Loving mother of Gary (Darlene) of Rainy River, Ron (Iris) of Almonte, Sandy Robertson (Will) of Dunrobin and Cathy Smith Belisle (Jacques) of Chelsea, P.Q. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Karen, Al (Angie), Ashley, Tricia (Tyler), Stacey, Brad (Stephanie), Lysanne (Alex), and great-grandmother of Carson, Chloe, Sophia, Sonja, Cody, Kelsey, Rosalie, Logan, Gavin, Griffin, Garett, and Liam. Dear sister of Iva Campbell (late Ross) of Arnprior. Predeceased by her sisters Beulah Bowers (late Garfield), Doris Pelton (late Ted), and Ina Ross (late Bill). She will be missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.

Blythe remained active throughout her life, balancing homemaking with various roles, including partnership of the Centennial Restaurant with Marion Barr and working at Canada Post, both in Pakenham. She was a devoted member of St. Mark’s Anglican Church ACW in Pakenham and actively participated in the Pakenham Recreation Association. Blythe excelled in handiwork, creating beautiful pieces through knitting, quilting, crafting, folk art, painting, and needlework. A gentle and beautiful soul has now found eternal rest. Her warm, ever-present smile will be deeply missed but forever cherished by all who knew her.
