Gravelle, Georges May 18, 1941 - October 30, 2004 Georges Gravelle of Arnprior and formerly of Clova P.Q. passed away in Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital Saturday Morning, October 30, 2004. (Retired Canada Post) Beloved husband of Claudette Florent. Dear mother of Paul Gravelle of Calgary Alberta, Sylvie Gravelle (Serge Gagnon) of White Lake, Deane Gravelle of Aylmer and Carolle (Andre) Gravelle. Cherished grandmother of Kevin, Chanelle and Yannick. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Also survived by brothers Robert (Liliane), Richard (Shirley) and sisters Georgette (Larry) Meehan, Diane (late Bob) Giroux and Therese Flowerday. Predeceased by his parents Leo Gravelle and Simone Leduc. Resting privately at the Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation & Reception Centre, 138 Daniel St. N., Arnprior Ontario. Cremation to take place at Hope Crematorium in Ottawa. Memorial funeral service on Wednesday November 3, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Pierre de Wakefield Church in Val des Monts P.Q. at 30 Chemin de L'Eglise. Burial of cremated at Paradise St. Joseph cemetery in Orleans. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Georges' family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses of Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital 1st North for their excellent care and service.
